Primedia Face 2 Face Adds Value
July 2009
Experiential marketing allows marketers the opportunity to focus on engaging consumers in experiences that are relevant, memorable, interactive and emotional. These face-to-face interactions brings the brand alive to the consumer and allows them to experience the benefits for themselves which in turn leads to increased sales, brand loyalty and brand switching.
To this end Primedia Face 2 Face has integrated an experiential, strategic and creative department into its existing infrastructure. The focus for this department is to produce tailor made brand specific solutions for each campaign thereby providing a platform which is conducive to the targeted consumer through engagement and interaction
The department will be headed up by Rory Brien, who holds an impressive track record in the field of experiential marketing and will provide critical insights of successful techniques in both developed and developing markets.
Rory has also just been re-appointed to the advisory board of the Experiential Marketing Forum (EMF) for the year 2009/2010.
Brien says "As marketers in a global recession, it is imperative that money is not wasted on mediums that do not speak directly to your core target market. The connection between brand and consumer has become more important now more than ever, with consumers not only faced with a barrage of cheaper alternatives but also questioning the necessity of purchasing the brand in the first place". Rory highlights the fact that "creating a sensory experience that engages, excites and strengthens the bond between the brand and the client is vitally important to the brand’s continued life span".
