Operation
A brand ambassador accompanies each of the
Face 2 Face vans (
comprises 21 syndicated distribution and 15 syndicated superette) on their sales calls. The brand ambassador, as a representative of the brand, introduces himself to the
store owner / store assistants and merchandisers.
Brand Ambassadors operate as follows:
- Explain the benefits of the product to consumers in the store
- Erect point of sale material, ensuring brand awareness by consumers
- Introduce and monitor competitions and incentives
